How can I preview what my item will look like?
For personalized products, we always send digital proofs via email before manufacturing the product. If the customer does not respond and approve the proof within 2-3 business days, we will proceed with making and sending the product to meet our deadlines.
What's in the box?
📦 The packaging looks like this:
- The item comes ready for gifting.
- It is presented in a brown box featuring our logo and tied with a string bow.
- Inside, you'll find a product in a protective case, wrapped in craft paper, and a wooden gift card.
🎁 If you wish to add gift wrapping, you can do so during checkout by selecting the "add gift wrapping" option."
⏳ Our Standard Shipping takes 7-14 business days.
❓ When your order is sent, but the tracking status doesn't update for a few days, please, don't worry! It usually takes 4-7 days to arrive at the UPS/ FedEx post office for registration.
⌚ During this period, the order is given the status “Pre transit - The shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"- it means that the package moves from our country - to the UPS or FedEx post office.
✔️ After these days, the status of your order updates, and it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive at your address.
Express Shipping Info
⏳Our express shipping takes 5-8 business days
❓When your order is sent, but the tracking status doesn't update for a few days, please, don't worry! It usually takes 4-6 days to arrive at the UPS/ FedEx post office for registration.

Delay, Damage & Loss of Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery.
⏳ In case of the DELAY - (if You have noticed that the parcel is on the way more than 14 BUSINESS DAYS for standard shipping and more than 8 BUSINESS DAYS for express shipping method), please, check your tracking number indicated on the order page and contact your local UPS/FedEx department to get more specific information about your parcel status.
🔎 Or, contact us, and we will help you figure out the situation with the parcel as soon as possible.
🚨 In case of damage during delivery or loss of the parcel, we will send a new product by express shipping in a few days.
Return/Exchange of the order
🚨 Personalized and custom products can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
🚨 If the customer decides that he/she doesn't need the item anymore (due to any personal reasons), while it is already on the way to the receiver, we can not cancel or stop the delivery process or make the refund.
✔️ The solution - the receiver may refuse the parcel when he receives the order. It is absolutely free and the item will be disposed of in the US warehouse.
ADDITIONAL FEES & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply according to your country laws. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
