We offer worldwide shipping.
If you live in a location we currently don’t service, send us a message at service@murwoodhome.com
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories. If the address attached to your order contains a P.O. Box, a team member will contact you for an alternative address.

We send our orders by UPS/USPS/FedEx/DPD
Processing Time
Usually, you can expect your order to be processed in 2-4 business days.
Please note that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of processing and shipping days.

Delivery to your door for all USA orders.

The shipping cost to other countries starts from 15 USD and depends on the destination. Please check the shipping cost for your selected items at checkout. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
Delivery options may include door delivery/ mailbox delivery, or pickup at a UPS/USPS access point in your city. The specific shipping conditions depend on the service provided by the shipping company in your region.
NB! Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply according to your country's laws. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order Tracking
We've got you covered when it comes to tracking your orders! As soon as your order hits the road, we'll email you a nifty tracking number. Feel free to use that number to stay in the loop about your delivery's whereabouts!
When your order is sent, but the tracking status doesn't update for a few days, please don't worry! It usually takes 4-7 days to arrive at the UPS/ FedEx post office for registration.
⌚ During this period, the order is given the status “Pre transit - The shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"- it means that the package moves from our country - to the UPS or FedEx post office.
✔️ After these days, the status of your order updates, and it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive at your address.
📩 If you have any questions about the shipping procedure, package location, or delay, please contact us; we will answer you ASAP.
Shipping Address Kindly verify the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address when checking out. MurWoodHome cannot assume responsibility for orders dispatched to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.
To change the Shipping address:
You have 1-2 business days after ordering to reach out for the address change. If your order has not been shipped, Please email us at service@murwoodhome.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
ADDITIONAL FEES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

💡 The USA - DOES NOT pay customs and import taxes.
💡 FOR EU countries, the UK, England, and Canada and others - you may pay customs and import taxes upon receiving the order. The amount of taxes depends on YOUR COUNTRY LAWS, and we are not responsible for that.
Price on the website.
Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes. For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.
Unfortunately, MurWoodHome does not have information about taxes and fees that may arise in international shipping. Please, contact the Customs office of your city.
