Delivery options may include door delivery/ mailbox delivery, or pickup at a UPS/USPS access point in your city. The specific shipping conditions depend on the service provided by the shipping company in your region.

Return/Exchange

  • We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.  Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or items that are on clearance.

What can I personalize?

You can personalize your map with names, date, location, coordinates, and custom wording. You can use an exact address, city, country, landmark, or GPS coordinates.

Are the names and wording printed?

No. The names and main wording are separately laser-cut from wood and attached to the surface. This creates real raised 3D lettering, not a flat printed effect.

Can I choose any location?

Yes. We can create a custom map from almost any address, city, country, or GPS coordinates. You can choose the place where you met, got engaged, married, had your first date, or started your story.

Do I see the design before production?

Yes. We send a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Production starts only after you approve the design.

Can I request changes to the proof?

Yes. Edits are welcome before production. You can ask us to adjust the map area, text, date, wording, or layout.

What shapes are available?

You can choose between two styles: Heart or Square.

What sizes are available?

We offer four sizes:


  • S — 8×10 in / 20.3 × 25.4 cm

  • M — 11×14 in / 28 × 35.5 cm

  • L — 14×18 in / 35 × 45.7 cm

  • XL — 18×23 in / 45.7 × 58.4 cm

Can it stand on a table or shelf?

Yes. S and M sizes include a tabletop stand, so they can be displayed on a shelf, mantel, desk, nightstand, or gift table.

Can it be hung on the wall?

Yes. L and XL sizes include wall-hanging hardware and are designed for wall display.

Is it gift-ready?

Yes. Your personalized wooden map arrives in gift-ready packaging, carefully packed and ready to give as an anniversary, wedding, engagement, or couple gift.

How long does production take?

After you approve the proof, production takes 1–3 business days.

How long does shipping to the USA take?

Standard USA shipping takes 10–14 business days. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days.

Are USA duties and taxes included?

Yes. We fully cover USA duties and taxes, so there are no extra customs fees for you.
