For personalized products, we always send a digital proof via email before manufacturing. If we don’t receive approval within 2–3 business days, we proceed to meet production deadlines.

Installation takes just a few minutes — all required tools are included:

1. Place screws into the wall using the provided stencil

3. Press it to the wall and slide slightly downward to lock in place

If your parcel is in transit more than 14 business days (standard) or more than 8 business days (express), please check the tracking number on your order page and contact your local UPS/FedEx office for details — or message us, and we’ll help immediately.

Damage or loss:
If a parcel is damaged or lost, we will send a replacement with express shipping in a few days.
