In the personalization box, include:


  • full address or coordinates for the left location

  • full address or coordinates for the center location

  • full address or coordinates for the right location

  • text for the top of the frame

  • text under each location

3. Receive your digital proof

We’ll send a free proof within 1–2 business days so you can review the design.

4. Approve your design

Once you approve the proof, we begin crafting your map.

5. We handcraft your piece

Your map is cut, sanded, stained, engraved, assembled, and prepared with care.

6. Your order ships gift-ready

It arrives beautifully packaged and ready to gift or display.
Materials

High-quality birch plywood + acrylic glass. All parts are meticulously crafted, detailed, sanded, and hand-painted with the environmentally friendly oil-based stain that does not emit VOCs and also does not produce harmful fumes and odors.

Delivery to your door for all USA orders.

Delivery options may include door delivery/ mailbox delivery, or pickup at a UPS/USPS access point in your city. The specific shipping conditions depend on the service provided by the shipping company in your region.

  • We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized, not custom-made, and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package.  Items must be in new condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or items that are on clearance.

Yes. We can create your map from almost any location worldwide using a full address or GPS coordinates.

Do I need to provide full addresses for all three locations?

You can send full addresses or coordinates for all 3 locations. Exact details help us place the red pins accurately.

What text can I add to the frame?

You can add custom top text with up to 2 lines, plus text under each location with up to 3 lines per location.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We send a free digital proof before production so you can review the layout and request edits.

How long does it take to receive the proof?

Your digital proof is usually sent within 1–2 business days.

What materials are used?

Each piece is made from high-quality birch plywood and acrylic glass, then hand-finished and assembled into a layered 3D design.

Is the map ready to display?

Yes. The piece is framed and made for display, making it ideal for wall décor and gifting.

Is it suitable as a gift?

Yes. It arrives in gift-ready packaging, so it works beautifully for anniversaries, weddings, engagements, and holidays.

Will my map look exactly like the photos?
