How can I preview what my item will look like ❓For personalized products, we always send digital proofs via email before manufacturing the product. If the customer does not respond and approve the proof within 2-3 business days, we will make and send the product to meet our deadlines.
Delay, Damage & Loss of Parcel
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery.
⏳ In case of the DELAY - (if You have noticed that the parcel is on the way more than 14 BUSINESS DAYS for standard shipping and more than 8 BUSINESS DAYS for express shipping method), please, check your tracking number indicated on the order page and contact your local UPS/FedEx department to get more specific information about your parcel status.
